Program Information

Commencing in 2003, the PFD facility established a CIHR-funded training program to train graduate students in the areas of proteomics and protein function discovery. This Ontario Council of Graduate Studies (OCGS) accredited program provides students with an opportunity to learn both practical and theoretical aspects of a wide range of cutting-edge proteomics techniques for the analysis of protein identification and characterization. Our goal is to promote excellence among our trainees and ultimately to facilitate their placement in challenging, meritorious health or biological research careers.

Students wishing to participate in the PFD Training Program must first be accepted for admission into a QueenÂ’s graduate program by one of six collaborating departments:

Queen's Anatomy and Cell Biology Home Page
